In order to disseminate effective irrigation technologies methods, pmgef will organize a training seminar for Uzbek farmers on December 5, 2012 in Tashkent. The training will include an exchange of experience between Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan on simple and inexpensive drip irrigation technologies, canal insulation, and various and effective irrigation technologies that are not yet widely available in Uzbekistan.

Farmers wishing to participate can apply to the regional khokimiyats. The fact is that the PMGEF has sent a request to the regional authorities to represent its members. They decide who to send to training. We invite 5 people from each region.

Due to existing budget constraints, PMGEF only covers accommodation costs during the study period (hotel and meals). Transportation to and from Tashkent must be covered by the participants at their own expense.
