In April 2013, the UzExpoMarkaz exhibition center in Tashkent hosted the annual exhibition of innovative technologies and solutions in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers.

The technology of the small grant program is always of great interest

The Small Grants Program has traditionally been an active participant in the exhibition, showcasing innovative technologies and practices introduced in 11 regions of the country. This exhibition was very productive for the program.

PMGEF National Coordinator in Uzbekistan Alexei Volkov will tell the guests about the principles of the program.

Rozimboy Eshchanov, rector of Urgench State University, a participant of the exhibition, shares another innovative idea with Alexei Volkov. This time it offers a heating and cooling system for social facilities with heat pumps and heat pipes. The idea is very interesting and has long excited the mind of Alexei Volkov. The idea can be implemented. The idea and implementation came together. The exhibition is an ideal meeting place for innovation components.

During the three days of the exhibition, 4 potential ideas were considered for submission to the program, and on three of them the main issues of the exhibition were developed and preliminary sketches of the projects were prepared. It is safe to say that the next exhibition for the Small Grants Program was not in vain.
