State Enterprise "Glavgosekocertificat" of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Nature Protection invites you to take part in the creative competition "EKOSERT" for the development of the National sign of environmental labeling of products and services.

Purpose of the Competition:

• Creation of a single unified National mark serving as a tool for informing about the environmental properties and characteristics of products, the processes of its development, production and use
• Development of creative interest among the younger generation, creative companies, environmental NGOs to participate in the creation of the first national eco-label in the republic
• Engaging the general public and raising public awareness on environmental certification of products, production and services

Requirements for participants:

• Graphic designers, artists, as well as citizens of Uzbekistan, regardless of the type of professional activity, who have reached the age of 18 and are not indifferent to environmental issues, can take part in the competition.
• Works can and be submitted collectively, in co-authorship: from branding and advertising agencies involved in the development of corporate identity and from environmental NGOs.
• The prize fund of the winner of the competition is 2 million soums.

The developed projects and applications for participation in the competition are submitted in electronic form and sent to the address: ecosertif@uznature.uz

Works are accepted until May 23, 2015. The results of the competition will be announced on June 5 - World Environment Day!
