In the latest edition of our newsletter we have tried to highlight the problems of reducing and preventing land degradation, opportunities and ways to improve soil fertility, that are particularly relevant in light of the growing population and increase of its requirements. Due to limitations of productive land, its reducing fertility and health, a special attention should be provided to the matters of its preservation and improvement of fertility.
Our land is our invaluable asset. The capital of the people who live in this land, labor, and use it. And like any capital, the land needs to be supported, in the form of attachment – of forces, resources and new practices. Therefore, if we want to remain our land fertile, so it could ensure the survival of our descendants for future generations, we must fundamentally change the approach to its use and, save the earth armed with new knowledge and practices, save the cradle of our lives.
We all need to remember one TRUTH - WE HAVE NO BACKUP OPTION, WE HAVE NO OTHER PLANET!
