Pistachio: round table in Tashkent

Our program can rightfully be regarded as one of the driving forces behind the advancement of pistachio, an excellent dryland health restoration technology. All we did was support the work of our foresters from the Republican Center for Ornamental Horticulture and Forestry. Now this technology continues to spread throughout the country.

More and more partners are joining in promoting this technology. We are pleased to announce the next event, which will make its important "drop" in the sea of spreading this technology in Uzbekistan.

Partners such as the Center for Entrepreneurship and Farming of Uzbekistan (CSPF), a component of the GEF Central Asia Initiative for Sustainable Land Management (ISCAUUZR) program on knowledge management led by ICARDA, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Program (FAO), and also the main partner - the Republican Center for Ornamental Horticulture and Forestry, united to hold a round table, which will be held in Tashkent and will be devoted to the prospects for the development of pistachios in Uzbekistan.
