This instruction was issued within the framework of the UNDP-GEF project "Creation of the Nuratau-Kyzylkum Biosphere Reserve as a model for biodiversity conservation in Uzbekistan". The project was carried out in 2001-2007 and did a lot of useful things. This guide is one of them. The instructions explain in detail how to build a hydraulic pump that can pump water without the use of electricity, diesel or other fuel. All that is needed for the pump to work is a small height difference. The instruction is available only in Uzbek.
