Sardoba | Sardob | Sardob Ab-anbar (Persian آبانبار‎ [āb anbār]) is literally a reservoir for water.

Sardoba are interesting architectural buildings from the point of view of the history of hydraulic structures.
They are abandoned now, but can be restored and used for their intended purpose, as storage of melt and rain water. Sardoba are especially important in desert livestock areas.
