We started to introduce the practice when new projects incoming to our Programme for consideration, will be displayed, so that all who are interested could look through it. Probably, this kind of open discussion will be helpful and will improve the quality of our projects. We always strive for this. As people say: “Two heads are better than one!” So the same is here, may be someone would make excellent proposals that he/she would like to share and these proposals will improve the project idea.
In order to present the projects under our consideration, we opened a new block – Projects under consideration.

The first project that we present for your attention is experimental, it is a project which has been submitted to our Committee for consideration and for further decision-making. This is the project on small cheap sources of energy that, we hope, will help people to satisfy at least a part of their need for energy without making harm to nature.
