The first publication of our informational bulletin has come out. Some of our projects were introduced there, and exactly, the simple information about them.
In the first publication you can read about the following projects:
• About the project on aquaculture in Tashkent region;
• About the project in the mountain village Chosh;
• About biogas technology and the project in Syr-Darya and Urgench;
• About our project in Djeyran ecocenter;
• About the pistachio;
• About new technologies for the rational use of the lands in Khorezm and Republic of Karakalpakstan.
The publication became possible due to all-round support of UNDP in Uzbekistan. We hope to publish it regularly, not less than 2 times a year. The paper version of the bulletin was sent to the ministries and agencies, all regional and district administration of the country, to the associations of farmers, regional mahalla committees, to some local institutions of higher education.
The English version was sent to the representatives of our country in the GEF Council and was perceived with interest by the members of the GEF Council.
